The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University has been formed in compliance with UGC regulations and the PoSH Act, 2013, to provide a safe and inclusive space for addressing issues related to sexual harassment and discrimination.

Key Functions:

• Receive and address sexual harassment complaints.
• Conduct confidential and impartial inquiries.
• Recommend appropriate action to the authorities.
• Organize gender sensitization and awareness campaigns.
• Submit annual reports to competent authorities.

Committee Composition:

The ICC includes senior faculty members, external legal/NGO representatives, and student members. This diverse composition ensures transparency, neutrality, and fairness in handling all cases.
